Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from Taggiasca olives grown in the steep hills of Riviera di Ponente, Liguria, Italy. The Taggiasca variety, known as "The Champagne of Olive Oil" creates an oil with incredible freshness and depth, with more delicate floral, fruity flavors and subtle finish. This high quality oil complements and elevates ingredients without overpowering flavors.
